INGREDIENTS

Our products are made with natural and organic ingredients that are filled with vitamins and nutrients. None of our product are baked nor do they contain gluten, wheat flour, eggs, dairy, refined sugars, preservatives, additives or GMO's.
We take pride in our work in transforming grains and seeds in to a living food by sprouting or soaking them. So when consumed more of the nutrients are easily digested and absorbed by the body.

NUTS

ALMONDS 
Almonds are rich in vitamin E, calcium, magnesium and potassium. Additionally, almonds are a significant source of protein and fiber, while being naturally low in sugar.

BRAZIL 
High levels of many beneficial constituents such as selenium, including magnesium, copper, calcium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, iron, and zinc.

CASHEWS
Packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These include vitamins E, K, and B6, along with minerals like copper, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron, and selenium.

HAZELNUTS
Contain the minerals magnesium, phosphorous, zinc, copper, iron, manganese, calcium and selenium. Also contain vitamin K in the form of phylloquinone, ascorbic acid, folates, thiamin, alpha-tocopherol and niacin.

MACADAMIA
Contain more healthful monounsaturated fats and fewer pro-inflamitory omega-6 fats than any other nut.

PECANS
Contain different forms of the antioxidant vitamin E—known as tocopherols, plus numerous phenolic substances, many of them with antioxidant abilities. The nuts are especially rich in one form of vitamin E called gamma-tocopherols.

PISTACHIOS
Very good sources of fiber and supply protein, B vitamins, and certain minerals. A cup of raw pistachios contains 13 grams of fiber, 25 grams of high-quality protein and relatively high amounts of thiamin, vitamin B6, copper, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium and iron.

WALNUTS
Walnuts are loaded with essential omega-3 fatty acids.

 

SEEDS


CHIA SEEDS
They are rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins and minerals. Also contains essential fatty acids alpha-linolenic and linoleic acid, mucin, strontium, Vitamins A, B, E, and D, and minerals including sulphur, iron, iodine,  magnesium, manganese, niacin, thiamine, and they are a rich source of anti-oxidants.

FLAX SEEDS
Contain Omega-3 essential fatty acids and Lignans, which have both plant estrogen and antioxidant qualities. Flaxseed contains 75 to 800 times more lignans than other plant foods. Also fiber. Flaxseed contains both the soluble and insoluble types.

HEMP SEEDS
Are also a great source of vitamin E and minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc.

PINE NUT
Provide generous amounts of the essential vitamins E and K.

PUMPKIN SEEDS
A very good source of phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, and copper. They are also a good source of other minerals including zinc and iron. In addition a good source of protein.

SESAME SEEDS
An excellent source of copper, a very good source of manganese, and a good source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, molybdenum, vitamin B1, selenium, and dietary fiber.

SUNFLOWER SEEDS
Are an excellent source of vitamin E and a very good source of copper and vitamin B1.  In addition, sunflower seeds are a good source of manganese, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B6, folate, and niacin.
 

OILS & BUTTERS


ALMOND BUTTER
Made by grinding almonds till their oils are released. Rich in vitamin E, calcium, magnesium and potassium. Additionally, almond butter is a significant source of protein and fiber, while being naturally low in sugar

CACAO BUTTER
Is the oil extracted from cacao beans and is an excellent source of healthy omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, also contains natural antioxidants and nutrients. 

CASHEW BUTTER
Made by grinding cashews till their oils are released.
Packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These include vitamins E, K, and B6, along with minerals like copper, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron, and selenium.

COCONUT OIL
Extremely rich in medium-chain triglycerides, which are beneficial saturated fats that convert to energy.

COCONUT BUTTER
Coconut oil and coconut butter are two separate and very different ingredients.  The oil is the pure fat that's extracted from the coconut meat, while the butter is the coconut meat dried and grounded into a smooth past.One tablespoon of coconut butter provides 2 grams of fiber as well as small amounts of potassium, magnesium, and iron.

HAZELNUT BUTTER
Made by grinding hazelnuts till their oils are released.Contain the minerals magnesium, phosphorous, zinc, copper, iron, manganese, calcium and selenium. Also contain vitamin K in the form of phylloquinone, ascorbic acid, folates, thiamin, alpha-tocopherol and niacin.

HEMP OIL 
Provides an adequate supply of antioxidants (Vitamin E), carotene (precursor to Vitamin A), phytosterols, phospholipids and a number of minerals including calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, phosphorus, along with modest amounts of iron and zinc.

MACADAMIA NUT BUTTER
Made by grinding macadamia nuts till their oils are released. 
Contain more healthful monounsaturated fats and fewer pro-inflamitory omega-6 fats than any other nut.

OLIVE OIL
The olive is obtained from the olive berries and hence, carries large amounts of plant-derived anti-oxidants, 
photo-sterols, and vitamins. Olive oil is recognized as one of the healthiest edible oils since it contains less 
saturated fats. Additionally, it composes linoleic (omega-6) and linolenic acid (omega-3) essential fatty acids.

SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER
Are made by blending sunflower seeds till their oils are released and the butter is completely smooth and creamy.
Excellent source of vitamin E and a very good source of copper and vitamin B1. In addition, sunflower seeds are a good source of manganese, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B6, folate, and niacin.

TAHINI
Also known as sesame seed butter. A source of copper, a very good source of manganese, and a good source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, molybdenum, vitamin B1, selenium, and dietary fiber.
 






CHOCOLATE

CACAO POWDER
Is the dried, grounded solids of the cocoa bean turned into powder. A great source of minerals like calcium,  magnesium, and zinc.

CACAO BUTTER
 The oil extracted from cacao beans and is an excellent source of healthy omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, and also contains natural antioxidants, as well as nutrients.

CACAO NIBS
Peeled, partially ground cacao beans these are small, crunchy, and slightly bitter.

CAROB POWDER
Made from the dried, ground pulp of carob pods. Carob is naturally high in calcium, an essential mineral and selenium.
 




FLOURS & GRAINS

ALMOND FLOUR
The texture of this flour can vary from soft, fine to rough and grainy.  Also this can sometimes be called almond meal. Made by grinning almonds to a flour consistency.

BUCKWHEAT GROATS
Is actually a plant related to rhubarb and its groats are actually a gluten free seed. Shaped like a pyramid and is a complete protein, containing all 9 of the essential amino acids. It is sprouted before grinned into flour.

CASHEW FLOUR
A slightly sweeter flavor flour. Made by grinding cashews till flour consistency.

COCONUT FLOUR
When mature coconut meat is blended in liquid and strained, leftover solids are dried and ground into a fluffy flour. contains incredible amounts of fiber. 

OATS
 Gluten free sprouted rolled oats are an excellent source of beta-glucan and fiber. 

RAW GLUTEN FREE OAT FLOUR
Made from oats by blending till flour consistency

QUINOA
Quinoa is sprouted before grinned and  turned into flour. It Has a delicate, nutty flavor, a good source of fiber and contains all eight essential amino acids and is gluten-free. 

SUNFLOUR
Ideal substitute for nut-base flours.  Made from grinding sunflower seeds.

TIGER NUT FLOUR
Has a high plant percentage of carbohydrates (mono- and di-), fibre, and oil (especially oleic acid) and it is moderately high level of protein, minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron and phosphorous), and vitamins C and E.





SWEETENERS



COCONUT NECTAR
Low on the glycemic index and full of amino acids, essential minerals, and B vitamins. It is made by gently heating the sap of the coconut palm tree until it thickens and condense to a sticky, syrupy consistency.

AQAVE NECTAR
Agave syrup is sweeter than honey and tends to be less viscous.

MAPLE SYRUP
Minerals found in maple syrup are magnesium, calcium and potassium.

DATE SYRUP
Contain essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals rich in dietary fiber such as flavonoid p flavonoids such as ÃƒÅ¸-carotene, lutein, and zea-xanthin. iron, potassium, calcium, manganese, copper, and magnesium.Moderate levels of B-complex group of vitamins as well as vitamin K. 

COCONUT PLAM SUGAR
This sweetener is low glycemic, high mineral and B-vitamin content.

DRIED FRUIT
Such as dates, raisins and apricots are used for a binder in raw desserts.

STEVIA
Up to 300 times sweeter than sugar. It's an herbal extract comes in liquid and powder form also low-glycemic, carbohydrate-free alternative to natural sugars.

MESQUITE POD MEAL
Is rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, protein, and lysine. It has a pleasantly sweet molasses-like flavor with a hint of caramel.

MOLASSES
Contains a number of essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium, copper, iron, phosphorous, chromium, cobalt and sodium. It is a good source of energy and carbohydrates and it contains sugars as well.








LUCUMA POWDER
The taste is described as maple or caramel to pumpkin-like provides 14 essential trace elements, including a considerable amount of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.

XYLITOL
Is naturally found in plums, raspberries, and cauliflower.

PEACHES - It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Niacin and Potassium, and a very good source of Vitamin C.

PINEAPPLE - An excellent source of vitamin C and manganese. It is also a very good source of copper and a good source of vitamin B1, vitamin B6, dietary fiber, folate, and pantothenic acid

PEARS - Are a very good source of dietary fiber and a good source of copper, vitamin C, and vitamin K.

PERSIMMONS - The anti-oxidants in Persimmon in form of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and phyto-nutrient Lutein Zeaxanthin.

JACK FRUIT - Small but significant amounts of vitamin-A, and flavonoid pigments such as carotene-ß, xanthin, lutein and cryptoxanthin-ß.

SOURSOP -The nutrients present in soursop are amino acids, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium, carbohydrates, iron, phosphorus, fibers, thiamine and riboflavin.

DRAGON FRUIT - Have a surprising number of phytonutrients. Rich in antioxidants, they contain vitamin C (equivalent to 10 percent of the daily value), polyunsaturated (good) fatty acids, and several B vitamins for carbohydrate metabolism, as well as carotene and protein.

PAPAYA - Rich sources of antioxidant nutrients such as carotenes, vitamin C and flavonoids; the B vitamins, folate and pantothenic acid; and the minerals, potassium, copper, and magnesium; and fiber.

RASPBERRIES - An excellent source of vitamin C, manganese, and dietary fiber. They are a very good source of  copper and a good source of vitamin K, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin E, magnesium, folate, omega-3 fatty acids, and potassium. F

BLUEBERRY - Contain the unique, phenol-like antioxidants pterostilbene and resveratrol. Blueberries are a very good source of vitamin K, vitamin C, and manganese. Blueberries are also a good source of fiber and copper. 

STRAWBERRY - Are an excellent source of antioxidant-promoting vitamin C and manganese. They are also a very good source of dietary fiber, iodine, and folate. Plus, strawberries are a good source of copper, potassium, biotin, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B6, and omega-3 fatty acids.

UNSWEETENED DRIED COCONUT
The unsweetened coconut flakes contain a small amount of carbs and protein.

MEDJOOL DATES - Dates are the energy-dense fruit of the date palm. An enormous, ancient tree with a crowning top reminiscent of the coconut palm. Has fiber, copper and potassium.

RAISINS - Are dried grapes/currants. Dark (also called Thompson or Flame) raisins and golden (including Sultana and Hunza) raisins. Unlike fresh grapes, they indeed are rich and concentrated sources of energy, vitamins, electrolytes, and minerals.

APRICOTS - An excellent source of vitamin A (in the form of pro-vitamin A carotenoids), and a good source of vitamin C, copper, dietary fiber, and potassium. Apricots contain phytochemical called carotenoids, compounds that give red, orange and yellow colors to fruits and vegetables.

CHERRIES - Sweet or sour are a good source of vitamin C

CRANBERRIES - Cranberries are a very good source of vitamin C, dietary fiber, and manganese, as well as a good source of vitamin E, vitamin K, copper, and pantothenic acid. 

FIGS - A good source of dietary fiber, vitamin B6, copper, potassium, manganese, and pantothenic acid.

GOGI BERRIES - Are high in vitamin C and fiber, and low in calories. They are also a good source of iron and vitamin A.

LEMON - Lemons contain vitamin C, citric acid, flavonoids, B-complex vitamins, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and fiber. Lemons contain more potassium than apple or grapes.

LIME - A good source of Calcium, Iron and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber and Vitamin C.

ORANGE - Excellent source of vitamin C. They are also a very good source of dietary fiber. In addition, oranges are a good source of B vitamins including vitamin B1, pantothenic acid, and folate as well as vitamin A, calcium, copper, and potassium.

GRAPEFRUITS - A source of vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids) and vitamin C. It is also a good source of pantothenic acid, copper, dietary fiber, potassium, biotin, and vitamin B1. Grapefruit also contains phytochemicals including liminoids and lycopene.

Naturally refreshing, coconut water has a sweet, nutty taste. It contains easily digested carbohydrate in the form of sugar and electrolytes.

ROSE WATER
Is a flavored water made by steeping rose petals in water. It is the hydrosol portion of the distillate of rose petals

FLAVOR EXTRACTS
Are food-grade flavors such as vanilla, strawberry, banana, coconut, and peppermint. They are cold-processed using extraction without the use of any colorants, fillers, diluting agents or preservatives. The flavors are wildcrafted, sustainably grown, and non-GMO.
